What I am spending time on.
A public snapshot, updated 27 October 2026.
My current focus is developing Adaptive Possibility Dynamics, building through bwebo and sharing the parts that are ready for others to explore. I want careful questions and practical work to keep improving each other.
The public APD article is a starting point for the research. It is a developing conceptual and methodological framework. New knowledge, other perspectives and experience can change the interpretation.
bwebo's purpose is to help people live better and sustain the work by doing that well. The company vision is broader than technology, while present work starts with software. Fusion Link is a website and app under bwebo, already live and used by transport companies. It was previously under Meng Tech, which I closed before starting bwebo.
My intended rhythm is weekdays for work, Saturday for demos and Sunday for planning. It is a working rhythm rather than a guaranteed publishing or release schedule. Notes and demos will be added when there is something useful to share.
The community remains planned and free, with invitations and discussion features still to come. Voluntary-support collection is not open. You can ask questions or register interest through Contact.
