I explore ideas, share what I learn and build things that help people. Research and practical work can change each other without every project needing to demonstrate a whole theory.

bwebo brings ideas into practice through useful products, ventures and ways of working. Its longer direction reaches beyond technology; current products and selected projects begin with software. Fusion Link is a website and app under bwebo, already live and used by transport companies. It connects job intake, dispatch, driver workflows and accounting. It was previously under Meng Tech, which I closed before starting bwebo.

My personal research includes Adaptive Possibility Dynamics. It explores how possibilities change with people and their circumstances, and how our understanding can change too. The published article is conceptual and methodological; empirical validation remains a separate task.

Personal portfolio demonstrations and notes can show an attempt, a design or something learned. They are separate from company ventures, commissioned client work and verified customer results. New work belongs here when there is something concrete to share.
